Can I do this series if it’s not Fall where I live?
Yes. Most strategies are Fall-specific, so you can either purchase now and save it for Autumn, or start with the Circadian Rhythm Reset (general circadian strategies) and return to this series when it’s Fall in your area.
How long will the course take?
Each video is under 10 minutes, with one delivered daily. Applying the strategy takes only a few minutes. The course is designed for busy women.
Do I have lifetime access?
Yes, including all future updates.
Does this work if I live in the city?
Absolutely. City, country, or suburbs... the strategies still apply.
What if I need help or have questions?

How is this different from your Circadian Rhythm Reset course?
The Fall Series is an excellent next step if you’ve already completed the Reset. About two-thirds of the material is new, and the rest is taught through a Fall-specific lens to help you adapt to shorter, colder days. If you haven’t taken the Reset yet, start here and circle back later.
Will I understand this if I’m not “science-y”?
Yes. My strength is making complex science simple, practical, and easy to implement. No background needed.
Why is this course so affordable?
