Fall Apple Crisp

INGREDIENTS:
4 large apples, sliced
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. cinnamon
8 T. maple syrup or honey
1 cup rolled oats
ā cup almond flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
pinch of salt
4 T. coconut oil or butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly oil a 8 X 8 glass baking dish.
Chop apples and add to dish. Add lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon, and mix everything together in baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl to make the topping. Make sure butter or coconut oil is broken up and mixed in as best as you can.
Remove baked apples from oven and spread the topping over them.
Place back in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Topping should be golden brown.
