How does it work?

The Sunrise Club is a simple, 7-day challenge that baby steps you from Night Owl to Morning Person! You'll create a personalized sunrise practice that is unique to YOU.

You'll complete this self-study challenge on your own... but I'll be here to help you go from Night Owl to Morning Person!

"I enjoyed the feeling of starting my day in nature even if only briefly. I love how quickly my body adjusted to the outside temperature without my shoes on - even though that is my least favorite way to be.
